Registration

As soon as you register for the training, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the training details.

Cancellation conditions

Registration for the training is always required. If a participant cannot enter the training or wants to change its time, the change has to be completed one (1) day before the training. Otherwise we charge the full price of the training.

This is due to the fact that we order training in accordance with the number of participants before the start of the training.

Cancellation will be made through our home page using “participation cancellation” button for this training. If cancelling, please insert your e-mail used for registration. You will receive cancellation confirmation.

Alkora OÜ does not cancel its own training because of the small number of participants.

Card delivery

When the card arrives from the headquarters, we deliver it to the address specified in the training notification.

Alkora OÜ takes no responsibility for the cases when the delivery address was specified incorrectly or the card was lost by post.

You can order a new card to replace the lost one through our office too. This service is charged €25,00. 24% VAT will be added to the price.
